More About Kyle

Kyle De Asis (he/him) is a Filipino-American designer born and raised in San Francisco. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at the University of San Francisco, where he continues to explore his creative voice and design philosophy. Kyle’s work is rooted in personal experiences—both the uplifting moments and the challenges—which serve as a constant source of inspiration and storytelling in his projects.

Deeply passionate about celebrating his Filipino heritage, Kyle often incorporates cultural references, traditions, and narratives into his work as a way to honor his roots and share them with others. He also draws influence from his love of sports, music, art, technology, and hip-hop culture, blending these passions into designs that reflect his identity and the communities that shape him. Kyle is especially interested in refining his approach to minimalism, aiming to create designs that are visually striking yet thoughtfully restrained. He believes that “less is more,” and seeks to craft work that communicates meaning and emotion through clarity, balance, and intentional simplicity.
